We focus where cross-sector collaboration can unlock the greatest progress. We pick issues where there is demonstrated demand, where multiple sectors need to be involved, and where no one else is driving progress.

Workstream 01

Asset Recovery Alliance

The UK recovers a tiny fraction of criminal proceeds. We are building cross-sector proposals to transform this at scale.

Key Milestones

  • Built consensus on the key barriers and opportunities.
  • Convened and supported a dedicated working group with deep cross-sector expertise.
  • Run a teach-in on cross-sector capabilities.
  • Developed a detailed proposal for a new Asset Recovery Alliance.
  • Engaged government officials to ensure direct connection to current policy processes.

Illicit Finance Summit

The UK is hosting a major international summit on illicit finance in June 2026. We have mobilised cross-sector input to help shape the agenda.

Key Milestones

  • Produced shared cross-sector priorities and proposals for the Summit.
  • Written to the Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Foreign Secretary setting out the case for ambition.
